REFUND & SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY
Domestic Shipment processing time:
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Products that are out of stock and/or “Pre-Ordered” will require additional processing time up to 2 weeks (business days).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Effective January 04, 2022, due to COVID-19 price increases, all shipping fees will be updated to reflect carrier increases.
- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment To P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Tori Prince Beauty® ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
- Tori Prince Beauty® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This includes tariffs, taxes, etc.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
PICK UP POLICY
- If you prefer to pick up your order, please choose the Pick Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.
- All pick up orders must be retrieved within 2 weeks.
- All product sales are final for sanitation purposes.
- Please note that color variations may differ slightly from the displayed color.
- Tori Prince Beauty® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with damaged shipping packaging, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If the shipping packaging is intact but your product is damaged, we will gladly replace the damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, please email a picture of the damaged item along with the original packaging within 24 hours of receipt to email@example.com.
